Industrial Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Greenland. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures that meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients. Your role will involve working closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings or structures
- Develop detailed plans and designs for industrial buildings, including layout, structural systems, materials, etc.
- Use specialized software to create 3D models and simulations of proposed designs
- Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions and gather information for project planning
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in using specialized software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Greenland.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to candidates who already have a valid work visa for Greenland. However, we are also willing to sponsor a work visa for the right candidate.
