Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve architectural designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Prior experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Greenland (visa sponsorship available)
