Senior Architect (Part-Time)

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Greenland. Your expertise in architecture and design will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape and buildings of this beautiful country. This is a part-time position, offering a salary of 1600$, with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop and present project proposals to clients
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve any issues, and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of building materials, techniques, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on projects in Greenland or other Arctic regions
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Danish or Kalaallisut
