Instrument Technician - Greenland

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in scientific research, industrial processes, and other applications. You will be based in Greenland and will work with a team of technicians to ensure the proper functioning of these instruments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of instruments according to manufacturer's specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with malfunctioning instruments
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed
- Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new instruments
- Keep track of inventory levels for spare parts and supplies
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on instruments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of instruments such as analytical, electronic, and mechanical
- Familiarity with calibration procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Good understanding of safety protocols in a laboratory or industrial setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Greenland (accommodation provided)
