Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Review architectural plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints, understand architectural plans, and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job based in Greenland. As this is a contract position, accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Greenland.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
