Merchandiser Coordinator



As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising process for our company in Greenland. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, but you must have your own visa to work in Greenland. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop merchandising strategies to showcase products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels
- Train and supervise merchandising staff to ensure they are following company guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional displays and campaigns
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement and pricing
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of successfully implementing merchandising strategies that increase sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of retail industry trends
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Greenland. Accommodation will be provided by the company, but candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for a work permit in Greenland. The working hours are typically Monday-Friday, but some weekend work may be required during peak seasons.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
