Job Title: Sales Manager - Greenland
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales tactics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is a plus)
