Waiter/Waitress - Greenland



As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in our restaurant located in Greenland. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly input them into the system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Greenlandic or Danish is an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
