Mason - Construction Worker (Greenland)


A construction company in Greenland is seeking a skilled Mason to join our team on a contract basis. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using stone, brick, concrete, and other materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires experience in masonry work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine specifications
- Cut or break stones or bricks to desired sizes using specialized tools
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to plans
- Mix mortar and spread it onto surfaces
- Align structures using plumb rules and levels
- Repair or replace damaged bricks, stones, or other materials
- Clean and polish surfaces using chisels, hammers, and other tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month. We do not provide accommodation.
