IT Support Specialist


Our company is a leading technology company based in Copenhagen and we are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are functioning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in order to provide the most effective support to our clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with troubleshooting common technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as accommodation may also be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen but candidates from other locations will also be considered. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
