Our fast-growing tech company in Copenhagen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement system upgrades and improvements
- Train users on new technology and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Denmark (visa sponsorship available)
