We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals. You will play a crucial role in setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality work from your team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance
- Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and plans for achieving company goals
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and provide feedback
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns within the team
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello

Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen. However, we welcome applicants from other cities in Denmark.

Salary:
1800$ per month
