Part-Time Teamlead in Copenhagen


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Copenhagen. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring the successful completion of projects and meeting client expectations. This is an urgent job opportunity that requires candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and a valid biometric passport. Accommodation is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals
- Ensure the successful completion of projects within given timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
