Entry Level Software Tester


As an Entry Level Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This role is ideal for someone without prior experience in software testing, as we provide on-the-job training and support. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues with our software, as well as conduct various tests to ensure its performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of software products to identify bugs and defects
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Document test results and communicate any issues to the team
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and potential improvements
- Learn new testing tools and techniques as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- No prior experience required, though experience in programming or IT is a plus
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies
