Online Consultant - Copenhagen, Denmark
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include answering inquiries and resolving issues related to products or services, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients and working closely with the sales team to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online platforms for customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship if needed.
