Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms to provide information, support, and guidance
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role dealing with customer inquiries
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using various online platforms for communication
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)

Working hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location: This is an online role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in Copenhagen. Therefore, accommodation is not provided.
