Contract Moderator in Copenhagen


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Copenhagen. As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and regulating online discussions and forums to ensure they remain respectful, on-topic, and free from any inappropriate content. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Review user-generated content for appropriateness and accuracy
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against violators
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement and maintain a positive online atmosphere

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and community standards
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable
- Experience moderating forums or discussions related to the student population
- Familiarity with Danish culture
