Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and protecting historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough evaluations of historic buildings and structures to assess their condition
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for the maintenance and restoration of historic properties
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure preservation projects are completed successfully
- Obtaining necessary permits for preservation work from local authorities
- Conducting research on historical styles, materials, and techniques to inform preservation projects
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Inspecting ongoing preservation work to ensure it meets quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architectural styles, materials, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough evaluations of structures
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to historic preservation projects
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in restoration projects

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
