Senior Commercial Architect


We are a highly reputable architecture firm in Copenhagen seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of commercial projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop project goals and requirements.
- Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
- Develop schematic designs, construction documents, and presentations.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers to integrate building systems into the design.
- Review shop drawings and perform site visits to ensure quality control.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional license in Architecture (RA).
- Experience working in Copenhagen or other Scandinavian countries is a plus.
