We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architecture department, including project planning, design, and construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the architecture department, including project planning, design, and construction.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate design solutions.
- Work closely with contractors and other team members to coordinate project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior architects and provide feedback on their work.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
- Experience working on complex projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations in Denmark is preferred.
