Senior Architect (Contract)


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. We welcome applicants of any nationality but you must have your own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, including architects, engineers, and drafters
- Develop project proposals and present them to clients
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
