Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Review project plans and designs to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or challenges
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish is preferred

This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen. We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for non-native candidates.
