Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects in the city of Copenhagen. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Copenhagen
