Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property valuations using various methods, including income approach, cost approach, and sales comparison approach
- Analyze property market trends and provide expert advice on pricing and valuation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary information for valuation reports
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients within agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate records of all valuations conducted and update databases accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or queries they may have
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to property valuation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or Property Valuation Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of property market trends and valuation methods
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work conducted
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients
- Proficient in using relevant software for property valuation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying or related field
- Relevant certification or license may be required depending on location
