Job Title: Land Surveyor
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and aerial drones
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Verify the accuracy of existing data and measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure survey requirements are met
- Identify potential issues or obstacles that may affect construction projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients and regulatory authorities
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working on site
- Train junior surveyors on equipment use and survey techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and aerial drones
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and methods
- Familiarity with CAD software for map creation
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary starting at 1700$ per month. The final salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
Location:
This position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
