Job Title: Baker Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Baker Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work closely with our head baker to assist in the preparation of baked goods and ensure the smooth operation of our bakery. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients
- Operate baking equipment and tools under the supervision of the head baker
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to produce high-quality baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Help with packaging and labeling finished products for sale or delivery
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but a passion for baking is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good physical endurance as this role involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
