Entry Level Baker (Contract)

We are in search of an enthusiastic and hardworking entry-level Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:
- A passion for baking and creativity in the kitchen
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate baked goods with fillings, icing, or toppings
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being displayed or served
