Part-Time Administrator in Copenhagen, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's operations. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office documents and files
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintaining the office's inventory of supplies and ordering new items when needed
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400 USD per month.
