Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen! This position is ideal for someone without experience, as training will be provided. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. In addition to a salary of 1300$, we also offer accommodation for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
