Temporary Concierge in Copenhagen
We are seeking a friendly and organized Temporary Concierge to assist our team in Copenhagen. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. You will also be responsible for managing reservations, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We offer a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain the front desk area clean and organized
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Keep records of room availability and guest accounts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a friendly personality and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
