Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Perform testing and quality assurance on implemented solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong communication skills
