IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and systems of our company in Herning, Denmark. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining software and hardware solutions, and developing and enforcing company-wide technology policies.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's technological infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain company-wide technology policies
- Evaluate and implement new software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of various software systems, databases, networks, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with budget management is preferred
- Knowledge of data security protocols is required
