PHP Developer


We are searching for a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic team in Herning, Denmark. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications and websites using PHP programming language. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end elements with server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement complex web solutions using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve performance issues
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously research new technologies and stay updated on industry trends
- Write clean, well-documented code that follows best practices
- Conduct thorough testing of code to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter or Symfony
- Experience working with MySQL databases and writing complex SQL queries
- Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies (Scrum)
- Ability to troubleshoot/debug complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
