Team Lead


As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. Located in Herning, Denmark, this part-time position offers a salary of $1100 per month. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and employee development strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
