Online Consultant for E-commerce Platform

We are in need of a motivated and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing e-commerce platform in Herning. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position, making it suitable for individuals looking for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via live chat, email, and social media platforms
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and provide product recommendations
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience on our platform

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards finding solutions
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills would be an advantage)
- Must have access to a computer/laptop with stable internet connection

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this part-time position.
