Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions and recommendations. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and has a strong understanding of online platforms and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, or social media
- Understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations and solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to online platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Availability to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Herning
