Turner - Metalworking Professional

We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in the bustling city of Herning. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to shape metal into precise and accurate components according to blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements
- Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and other metalworking machinery
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metalworking is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with operating various metalworking machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials when necessary

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

The job is based in Herning, one of the largest cities in Central Denmark known for its textile industry. The city offers a vibrant cultural scene, beautiful green spaces, and easy access to surrounding areas.
