Job Title: Construction Laborer - Concrete Worker
Location: Herning, Denmark


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Laborer - Concrete Worker to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Construction Laborer - Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete construction, including mixing and pouring concrete, setting forms, and smoothing and finishing surfaces. Your main goal will be to ensure that all concrete work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Set up and dismantle forms for pouring concrete
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Keep worksite clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a construction laborer or concrete worker
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, forming, smoothing, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Basic understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
