Preservation Architect


As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Herning. Your main duties will include conducting thorough assessments of the condition of these structures, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects from start to finish.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture with a focus on preservation techniques. You should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent project management skills. Prior experience working with historical buildings and knowledge of local preservation laws and regulations are highly desired.

This position requires someone who is meticulous, organized, and able to work independently. You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members. As this role involves working on-site at various locations throughout the city, a valid driver's license is also necessary.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about preserving cultural heritage and has a deep appreciation for historical architecture. This position offers competitive compensation starting at 1700$ per month and includes visa sponsorship if needed.
