Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are currently hiring an Architectural Designer to join our team in Herning. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for construction projects, including buildings, bridges, and other structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity and technical skills to develop innovative and functional designs. This is a full-time position that requires experience in architectural design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation in Herning is not provided. This opportunity is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural design
- Complete projects within established timelines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time-management skills
