Senior Architect - Herning, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients and team members to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and provide guidance to junior architects
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Conduct site visits and evaluate existing conditions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality, budget, and timeline are met
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide support during construction phase including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: 1000$ monthly (with accommodation)
