English Language Teacher



We are seeking a passionate English Language Teacher to join our team at our language center in Herning, Denmark. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of all ages and levels in their language learning journey. You will create engaging lesson plans, conduct classes, and assess student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the English language and culture, as well as experience in teaching or tutoring. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective lesson plans according to the curriculum
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on their performance
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and motivation
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (British/American accent preferred)
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring (online or offline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa/work permit for Denmark
