Job Title: Temporary Executive Chef

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Temporary Executive Chef to join our team in Herning! As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations
- Ability to create innovative and delicious menus
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that meet high-quality standards and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served promptly
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage budgets and control costs to maintain profitability

Qualifications:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
