Job Title: Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Herning. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Manage project expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, team members, and management
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Monitor job site safety practices to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proven experience managing budgets and timelines for construction projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficient in using project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Herning (with accommodation provided)
