Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Herning, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and strong project management skills. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality work is being done on schedule
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working as a Construction Project Manager in Herning or Denmark
