A prestigious fine dining restaurant in Herning, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment of their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure the tables are set up properly with clean linens, cutlery, glasses, etc.
- Monitor guests' needs and respond to any requests or concerns
- Provide recommendations on food and wine pairing based on guests' preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in Danish or English (additional languages are an asset)
- Knowledge of wine pairing and different types of cuisine is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
