Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and specific dietary needs
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and glaze pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Train and supervise assistant bakers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed
- Creativity in decorating pastries for an appealing presentation
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail for quality control
- Food safety certification preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herning, Denmark (own visa required)
