IT Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new software and hardware
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Train employees on new technology systems and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and find solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology trends
