Junior Developer - Part Time in Faroe-Islands


We are a fast-growing tech company based in Faroe-Islands seeking a talented and driven Junior Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the development of software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality and efficient performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Good understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faroe Islands but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
