Online Consultant - Faroe Islands



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Offer professional advice and guidance on products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Faroese is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with online communication platforms and customer management systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (if applicable)
- Must have own visa for working in Faroe Islands (work visa sponsorship not available)
- Must be able to start immediately for urgent projects

Salary: USD 1700 per month
